In Uzbekistan, property is the main way people protect their savings. But buying a flat to let takes hundreds of millions of som, time and patience. In the US and Europe, fractional platforms solved this long ago: thousands of people own homes together and share the rent.
UYM Invest is the first such platform in Uzbekistan. We select properties, buy them through separate property companies, manage the lettings and split the income between investors every quarter.
