Why

To identify you as anti-money-laundering law requires, to conclude contracts, make payouts, report to the regulator and tax authorities, and to contact you.

Where data is stored

Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data, data of Uzbek citizens is stored in databases located in Uzbekistan and registered in the State Register of Personal Data Bases.

Who receives it

The escrow bank, payment services, the regulator, public authorities on lawful request, and property companies to the extent a contract needs. We never sell data.

How long we keep it

While your account is open and then as long as accounting and AML law require.
