Loss of capital

Investing in property shares may lead to partial or total loss of the money invested. It is not a bank deposit and is not covered by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.

No guaranteed income

Dividend and appreciation estimates rest on assumptions that may not hold. Past payouts do not indicate future ones.

Liquidity

Before the property is sold, shares can only be sold on the platform’s secondary market and only if a buyer is found. The holding period may be longer than planned.

Market risk

Property prices and rents may fall because of the economy, exchange rates, new supply or changing demand.

Property risk

Vacancy, damage, unexpected repairs, tenant disputes and higher taxes reduce income.

Regulatory risk

The platform operates in the regulatory sandbox until 1 October 2026. Changes in law may affect how the platform works and investor rights.

Operator risk

Outages or the Operator ceasing business may temporarily limit account access. The properties remain owned by the property companies.
